For the newest edition of Bitter Minnesota Beer of the Week, we called up Dangerous Man taproom manager Sam Dahl Holzinger to ask him: what's hot right now? What should be drinking before the summer is officially over?  Säure Delores #10 was his response. Säure is a German-Style Gose (pronounced "Gose-uh"), an unfiltered wheat beer made with 50-60% malted wheat, which creates a cloudy yellow color and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Learn more about it and get it at Dangerous Man taproom!
