Sisyphus Brewing Set to Open on July 11
According to Pioneer Press, Sisyphus Brewing, the brewery that will sport a stage for live comedy and music, is set to open at noon July 11 near Loring Park in Minneapolis.
The brewery will operate with a small, two-barrel system and will feature a rotating selection of beers. There are no plans for the brewery to offer wholesale or growler sales, so the taproom will be the only place to sample its beers. Brewery founder Samuel Harriman is a comedian, and there are plans for live music and comedy in the 100-seat theater, which is separate from the 100-seat taproom.
